Антибіотикорезистентність: виклики сьогодення та шляхи їх вирішення

Анотація

Залучення антибіотиків у різні сфери життя людей та у різні галузі життєдіяльності суспільства призвело до виникнення антибіотикорезистентності. Пандемії та розв’язання військових конфліктів у різних країнах світу, зокрема і в Україні, також накладають свій відбиток на еволюцію збудників та їхню антибіотикорезистентність, що пов’язано з обмеженням санітарно-гігієнічних потреб людей, відсутністю адекватної медичної допомоги, великої міграції людей та безконтрольного використання антибіотиків. У даній статті розглянуті основні дії мікроорганізмів, спрямовані на захист від антибіотиків залежно від видової приналежності. Проведено аналіз ряду публікацій для вивчення та висвітлення основних необхідних кроків, запропонованих різними авторами, щодо подолання даної проблеми як в галузі охорони здоров’я, так і в суспільстві
