A case of multiple spontaneous hepatic ruptures and literature review

Анотація

Розрив печінки найчастіше є наслідком тупої травми живота. Нами описано випадок пеліозу печінки у пацієнтки, у якої в післяпологовому періоді розвинувся гемоперитонеум внаслідок множинних спонтанних розривів печінки на тлі цього рідкісного захворювання. Лікарі повинні бути в курсі щодо цього рідкісного захворювання у пацієнтів, які звертаються з розривами печінки нетравматичного ґенезу та з гемоперитонеумом. Пеліоз печінки, як правило, має безсимптомний перебіг і є випадковою знахідкою при аутопсії. Ця патологія потрапляє у фокус уваги хірурга у випадку спонтанного розриву вогнища ураження, результатом якого є розвиток масивного гемоперитонеуму. Тому в диференційно-діагностичному ряду раптової внутрішньочеревної кровотечі необхідно розглядати пеліоз печінки, особливо тоді, коли причина розриву органа незрозуміла.
